**Data recovery from a working hard drive. This is essentially
data transfer. This fee would be added to an clean operating
system installation if you requested your data to be backed
up. If your data cannot be recovered the cost is $50.
***Be sure to ask if their Windows installation includes all
drivers, service packs,
windows updates, and utlities such as WinZip,
Quicktime,
Shockwave/Flash
plugins, Acrobat Reader, anti-virus software, spyware protection, and setup of your Internet connection and e-mail client (if applicable). Also be sure to ask if your data will be saved, and if they will be performing a "clean"
installaion (erasing your hard drive to ensure a proper operating
system install).
